works perfect for the spot we had and letters shows up plainly.

Some of the felt board was damaged making it difficult to insert letters into, but only to a very minor degree. it looks nice and is very easy to hang. The corners of the frames have small gaps.

The item is well made and suits our purpose. It is of good quality and worth the price. The only suggestion I have is that there should be more letters in the package.
