We ordered the adjustable mobile whiteboard for our 8 year old grand daughter and expected to receive it by December 24th. The order was shipped in 2 separate boxes and we only received the trays and not the whiteboard itself on December 24th, disappointing. I called UPS, the shipped on the 24th and was told the second box was in LA and we would not receive it until Monday the 30th, again disappointing. I called Stand Up the 24th and left a message. Stand Up called first thing on December 26th, I explained what had happened and they said they would contact UPS. We received the whiteboard the next day, December 27th and had it in time for our family Christmas gathering on Saturday the 28th. Our grand daughter, her brother, her cousins had a GREAT time drawing Christmas pictures and playing hangman on the whiteboard. One issue we did have assembling the board was one of the threaded bolt holes was plugged with the gray paint and we stuggled for a half hour or so to get the bolt to finally thread in using visegrips.
