I’m a little disappointed as to how the’”open box”’ item was described. No mention about a scratch. When I opened the box I saw the scratch, small markssmudges. Yes, I paid a cheaper price, thinking nothing was wrong. I debated whether to keep or return. After contacting customer service ( two times) I was offered a 25 refund. My main concern wasis will marker remain in the scratch because of where it’s located. I had to get creative since I don’t have white walls but I’m glad I kept the calendar and hopefully I won’t have issues with marker being left in the scratch mark. I’m also hoping it lasts for a long time. I’m also hoping in the near future ‘“open boxes “‘ are listed with the flaws and damage on the items. If I would have known that before hand I may have not bought the ‘“open box “‘ item. The inspectors should at least be more thorough when a return item has been returned and going back for sale as an’” open box “‘ item. If I purchase an ‘“ open box “‘ item at a store at least I have the option to look before I purchase. Unfortunately, you don’t have that option here.
