Easy to put together. Looks professional. Sturdy and secure. Great product.

Easy to assemble but it shakes too much when you touch the iPad. I tried it on hard floors and carpet and for either you have to basically hold the iPad with one hand and touch it with the other. The loose point seems to be at the clamp that lets you adjust the height. The inside tube is slightly smaller than the tube it slides in and I think that is where the slack is.

Difficult to mount and install. Will be an hour job if/when I have to change out the I-pad. Otherwise functional and OK
