Just what we needed. We put this in a beach rental to keep the tv from Falling over but can easily move it.

Lightweight but very solid. We mounted a 55 inch. We can now easily move the TV from the workout room to the spare bedroom as needed. Each wheel can lock into place to keep it from moving. We did not need the extra media shelf or the small webcam tray at the top so we just left those off.
