I was rather dissapointed how my package was delivered, the package or box housing the contents was delivered damaged, both ends were damaged, one end worse that the other end, it seemed that the package was mishandled from the begining, on one end the carboard was sliced opened, the rod which is the main part of the monitor mount was missing, I do not know if any other pieces are missing though, I contacted the Wayfair's representative today Saturday 22, 2025, he was very cordial and helpful, my plan was to put the unit together today and attach the two monitors, obviously it is not going to happen, i hope you can rush my order, thank you.
