The actual sign design is decent but it unfortunately arrived damaged. A hole in the box and other dents in the packaging. The chalk board part of the sign was busted and a piece fell off. 3 of the 4 corners damaged and a screw missing. I opted to get replacement parts as I really need the sign for my daughter’s bridal shower in a couple of weeks so I truly hope the parts arrive in good condition and on time. If so I will be back here to write a great review. June 25th Well Wayfair customer service has been great but sadly my order came damaged again a second time when I ordered the replacement parts.A big hole in the box again. I do truly appreciate the 24 hour service to rectify the issue as I returned late from a trip the day it was delivered and received immediate assistance. We are trying one more time and they are sending out another replacement. Sending Fed ex to my front door to pick up the damaged item which I appreciate. Well…Fingers crossed. June 29th I am posting to review that I received the chalk board stand I ordered on the day I was told it would arrive without any more issues, no missing pieces and the packaging fully in tact and no damage to the item. I feel like Customer service heard me and made sure this 3rd time my order came here all together as it should be and quickly. This was the first time that I had issues with any product that I purchased from Wayfair. I have never had to return anything. Customer service was very good overall and tried their best to make things right. Appreciated that they responded to my complaints very quickly.

Arrived in pieces. Very poor packing and very Little styrofoam around the fragile parts. The chalkboard itself came crumbled in pieces exposing the cheap particle board it was made of. Also missing screws.
