There are a few design details that could have been better designed and the instruction or detailed layout, description of components more clearly defined. The unit is extremely quiet. From my research of tv lifts and my application, I believe it is the best mechanism on the market.

Lift is nice. Bought the Whisper Lift XL Pro. It's advertised that you can use it as a cabinet mount raising the TV or a wall/ceiling mount lowering the TV. Bought the wall mount bracket as I needed to mount it to the wall and no assembly instructions came with the mount. Had to call them and have it e-mailed to me. Lift assembly instructions not very easy to understand. My remote is backwards. If you want to lower the TV, you have to use the "up" arrow and if you want to raise the TV, you have to use the "down" arrow. Called them and they said there is no fix. Lame.

I recently bought a in wall fireplace and a TV Pro Lift for the home I’m building. Both seem to be of quality construction. (I tried the lift in my office and it is perfect for my in ground TV) shipping was good, product excellent. I’d buy them again.

It is very easy to install, very good, we use them for office meeting rooms and it is great, nothing can be seen, everything is hidden.

Seems to be exactly as advertised and we are very pleased so far. Very nice.
