Item was as described the one thing to note is that on mine, the tension clamp for where the arms slide down the main pole was hard to deal with. I had to remove the lever arm to manually tighten the screw then reattach the lever arm. Wasn’t too much work but took so time to get the tension on the pull tight enough on the main pole.

Easy to set up. The motion to raise or lower is not smooth, and the tilt function is awkward, otherwise it fits the bill. I like that the monitors can be released from the mount easily
