The design is brilliant, but the execution of some key aspects is horrid. There is a piece of metal cut and shaped to cover the lip of the stair. The glue that is meant to adhere the fabric to the metal has already failed on most of the stairs, just sitting in the box. If these were installed as-is, they would create a dangerous trip hazard going up the stairs, as every step would be an opportunity to catch your foot. Will try velcro, but if I can't find a solution, will not use because I don't need stairs that attack me.
