TERRIBLE !!! I PAID FOR A 9x12 RECTANGLE AND WAS SENT A ROUND 6x7 . CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY STATED THEY WILL SEND REPLACEMENT. I RECEIVED THE SAME ECACT WRONG RUG!!! ROUND 6x7 AFTER I WAS REASSURED ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED. SAD BECAUSE ITS A BEAUTIFUL COLOR BUT WAREHOUSE CANT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT SHAPES AND DIMENSIONS ARE.
