Tapis rectangulaire Zamuel

I got this for my back doors that go out to my yard. The floor gets quite cold in the winter, and it needs a rug for warmth. I also have 2 dogs that go in and out to the yard constantly and a handy husband who wears his shoes in the house. Like another reviewer said, I can tell it will stand the test of time well with foot traffic, pets, and stains. The pattern will work somewhat strategically with pet traffic, and I feel I will get a longer use out of this rug than my last one. It's a low pile carpet and seems to be well constructed. No chemical smell upon opening. Picture is of the rug right out of the packaging. Thanks to other reviews, I know I will have to work it hard to get creases out. I may even shampoo it to help it relax, as I'm not super patient with this part of the process. It's perfect for this spot in my house and the pattern is a big plus to disguise dirt and pet hair. Wayfair ALWAYS has the best value for area rugs!

I can tell it will stand the test of time well with foot traffic, pets, and stains. The backing is not non slip which is a downside for myself. I will have to buy one corner sticky edge to put under the corner by our door because the rug keeps getting pulled up from our door hitting the edge. It's a well woven low pile carpet. It didn't shed at all and it didn't smell at all. This rug vacuumed really easy and well. When I first laid this rug down it had creases in it but within 1-2 days it relaxed some... but I came to update this review because after a few weeks it's still not totally flat and the corner will not lay down. The rug color has more gray in it than I anticipated. I thought it would have more beige and white areas in it than it did. It's a nice neutral rug but I feel it is much more suited to a gray room than a warm toned beige room. It's not a soft rug, its exactly how regular carpet feels but it's perfect for heavy foot traffic and the colors are perfect to disguise stains and pet hair.

Ordered this for my dog’s play area and it will work fine for that. As a living room area rug I would say it looks a little cheap. It’s very low pile and the binding is not the best and I reverse rolled it for a couple days and laid it flat for at least 3 more and it hasn’t laid flat yet.

Very well made area rug the colors are very nice just as pictured. Ships folded in half so get it out and lay it flat upon arrival so you don’t get a crease in the center.I would definitely recommend this area rug.

I like the coloring but thought it would mimic an animal print. It required a non slip matte and corner sticky pads to keep in place. Overall, it will work for our high traffic area in the kitchen. It withstands vacuuming!
