Opening is not 18 x 30 — it’s 1/2 inch smaller than that so mats will not fit in the opening unless you cut them down or doctor them.

It’s supposed to fit an 18x30 coir mat. It does not.

The product they deliver is not what is pictured in the image. It’s just a black rubber mat. No design at all. I notified wayfair there was a problem and they were quick to send a replacement, but second delivery was the same. Another black rubber mat with no insert.
