I love the rug and it turned exactly what I expected. The shipping process was disappointing after I was sent an email telling me Nov 2 that it was shipped & arriving Nov 5. After a month & no rug I had to call back to locate rug & then it was shipped. It arrived Dec 2. Everyone was pleasant that I spoke with.
