I love this rug. The only issue was the chemical odor that lasted for months. I finally researched what to do about it and learned about baking soda. I had to sprinkle lots of it all over, wait several days, vacuum it up and repeat the process three times. It worked.

I'm hoping this review helps someone out there equally as hesitant to order an area rug online! Also, amazingly this rug had only 2 reviews when I was shopping and that also gave me some cause for pause, so this was one review I wanted to do. It's gorgeous. Highly recommend. I was thinking the striping would be a bit more of a dark camel or rust color from the website photos, and truthfully that's why I pulled the trigger. But in hindsight, I think the effect would have made the pattern "too busy". It's extremely subtle striping and a very light milk chocolate. So soft -- shedding is minimal; gorgeous natural and organic looking "bubble" ivory weave. Exactly what I was looking for! I was going to wait to post pictures when my new table arrived but that won't be for another 5+ weeks. Hopefully the quality will come through -- the website pics are a bit 'off", thought someone might find my pics helpful, but honestly they don't do this rug justice! :) If you're on the fence, just get it. Packaging was also great and easy to maneuver the rug out to preserve in case I needed to return (which Wayfair assured me I could do if it didn't work).

This rug is unbelievably soft and plush. The colors are gorgeous, but a little lighter than I expected.

absolutely stunning! This rug feels so amazing underfoot. Very high-quality and beautifully made. Exceptionally happy with this purchase. 

This rug became unwoven and looked terrible immediately after unrolling. The wool is sticking up all over the rug leaving holes where it became unwoven. This is clearly defective but I must pay a fee for pick up??? Returning and never shopping at a Wayfair company again.
