This rug brings all the color I was looking for into my laundry room. I would recommend the rug pad. Now if I can get the dog not to eat it

I have a dining room table I decorate seasonally. I was looking for a table vivid colored table runner but often will purchase small interior floor rugs intead. This one (2'x3') was perfect except for the shape. It is a rectangle that was tightly wrapped for shipping. No matter what I did, I could not get it to lie flat. Finally I pulled it through cold water then laid it on a flat surface to dry, hoping the colors would not bleed. I also "anchored" the edges to keep them flat. Viola. I did the trick!
