The corners wont stay down. Pretty annoying

This rug is junk. Don't waste your time and money on it. We placed it in a low traffic area of our home and vacuumed it for the first time after having it for just a few days. One of the corners frayed immediately. The color is more green than it looks in the pictures on Wayfair. When I reported this defective product to Wayfair, first they passed me off to the manufacturer. The manufacturer offered either a refund or a replacement. I requested a refund. Then the manufacturer stopped responding. Days later, Wayfair reached out and said that in order to get a refund, I now have to ship the rug back. Or I can keep the defective rug and they'll refund 20% of the purchase price. All this back and forth has taken almost a week, but Wayfair says I have to return the rug within 30 days to get a refund. This is extremely poor customer service. This was my first and last Wayfair purchase.

The carpet is not the greatest quality. The edges of the carpetrug constantly curl up. I have carpet tape under the  carpet and it continues to pull up. I presently have 45 pound weights on the edges of my carpet and it’s still curls. It has been like this for at least two weeks.

The rug is beautiful and the perfect size and thickness for my covered patio. We have had it less than a year and it is already coming undone on the edge. It will need to be replaced this spring and I will not be purchasing it again.
