This rug looked and was stated as black but it sure had a lot of blue in it and didn’t work in my room. And I had no idea that I had to pay the fedex fee for the return since it wasn’t damaged and my only complaint was it was the wrong color. Wayfair said I just roll it up and take it to fedex with the code I printed out and they will take it from there. Nope, it had to be boxed, adding more fees. I understand why they have this new practice, but just wish it was more clear at the start of the order. I am likely to stop using Wayfair in the future.
