They misled/lied in the description. I did a chat about returning the rug as it did NOT meet the specification listed on the description. They sent me to my account with a list of steps to take so I could start the process of return and refund. Their process only allowed a new carpet, new parts, or a discount. I don't want the carpet and cannot find a path to return it for a refund. Still trying to speak with an actual person. Buyer beware!
