Rug Size:Round 5'3"
The rug is soft and the colors are great. After unrolling and getting it to flatten I found an area where threads are stripped for about 10" long & 1/4" wide. Since the rug is damaged am I still responsible for return shipping charges?

Beautiful rug, but the black does show every little spec, so keep your vacuum handy.
