Colors exactly as described. Beautiful rug. Very well made and with a felt rug pad it is plush. All three sizes ordered laid flat within an hour or so. I was home so the rugs were brought straight in to the house.

I ordered a 10x14 ft rug and they sent me a 2x8 runner. I called to get it fixed they sent me ANOTHER 2x8 runner. Called again and now my order is cancelled and told the item is out of stock. Now 3+ weeks later my guest room is rugless and now my visiting in laws are walking on cold tile. This manufacturer is incompetent
