Wayfair, Wayfair, Wayfair. Very disappointed in customer service, to put it kindly. Buyer beware of their deceitful practices. In a nutshell, I ordered 2 things and needed them urgently, so I coughed up the expedited shipping fee. They sent one item, then a few days later notified me that the other was on backorder. As you readers know, I would not have paid for expedited shipping on a backordered item. After going in circles in customer service (yes, a different person each time) and receiving no acknowledgement of their dishonest conduct, I am resigned to never being a patron with this establishment going forward. I write this in hopes that other customers who value their money be aware that they too could be victims of Wayfair (Way Not Fair is more like it) corporation's fraught ways.
