Color is beautiful (copper). It arrived with a bump that I’m hoping will relax. If not I can’t use it because we will trip over it.

The carpet is very pretty however I wish you had someone inspect the two flaws I photographed before sending it out to me. I would like another door mat sent to me to replace this one. How do I go about that

Very nice except it has a bend in it which I am trying to flatten down.

It's a beautiful mat but it arrived folded in half and the middle of the top edge does not lie flat. We aren't sure how to flatten it out and have to lift our foot up over the raised section to avoid tripping.

Very classy door mat. Exceeded my expectations!
