As promised, this rug is very soft. It arrived boxed and folded so it took a bit to flatten and remove ‘wrinkles’. I will use mine without a pad as furniture will anchor it. However, it stays put well without a pad. Overall, a lovely area rug!

I ordered the 11x13 area rug. I expected it to come on a roll, but it came in a smallish box. I ironed it on the highest setting using a lot of steam for about two hours on the rug pad and got all of the creases out. I do not believe they would have worked themselves out over time. It was worth the effort. It is a pretty area rug for the price. The scalloped edge adds some whimsy. I strongly suggest a rug pad because the area rug is thin, which is probably why it is reasonably priced. I ordered a 14 in thick felt rug pad. I used a sharpie to trace the area rug on top of the rug pad and cut the rug pad to match the scallops. I need to adhere the area rug to the rug pad and the strongest double-sided tape does not work. I am moving onto testing glue, but have not done that yet. I am pleased with the result—the rug looks gorgeous in my craft room.

Love this rug! The antislip works well against my flooring (vinyl) but I know others have said they needed antislip rugs underneath. I definitely don’t. Great quality for the price and the ridged edge gives it a unique look.
