I love Wayfair but the web site does not accurately portray what is being sold. I just bought two rug runners which were 1'1" on the web site. That is an odd size but I wanted it so I ordered two. They are 2' in width. Not at all what I wanted but I decided to keep them. A few months ago I placed another order for a rug runner. The rug came and looked nothing like the picture on the web site because the wrong photograph was on the web site. That was resolved with the help of customer service but the web site is not a good representation of the product, in my last two transactions.

I needed a rug for my patio door (inside) and this rug fit perfect. The color is exactly as pictured and the quality seems good so far. I stacked some weight on the end of the rug and it flatted out overnight.
