Wayfairs policies have become so ridiculous they sent me a literal dirty rug. It was meant to be ivory it’s actually a beige from being so filthy. And my two options were to keep the item for 20% off or return it. It’s a very heavy rug and I would have to carry it by myself WITH A BAD BACK to get it down to the shipping place. COMPLETELY ABSURB SO IN THE END IM STUCK PAYING $378 for a dirty rug, $115 was taken off which isn’t even enough for a decent wet vacuum. Order elsewhere because this was a total rip off. Taking advantage of people and with no accountability.

This rug looks just as good in person as it does online. We've already bought in another colorway. 10/10 Recommend!

Gorgeous and so soft! Adds so much coziness to our bedroom. It does shed but that doesn’t bother us. I assume it will reduce over time.

Great rug, color a bit lighter than website photo. There is one customer photo that’s closer to the actual rug color.
