Tapis en laine tissé à la main Lumisse

I was so excited when I found this rug. It had the exact colors I was looking for and the exact texture (according to the pictures). When the rug arrived, it looked very different. It almost had a low/short shag look to it. Not the tight woven look that the picture shows. I might have received a defect. I am in the process of calling the manufacturer directly. I will say Wayfair went above and beyond to handle this, so definitely nothing negative on their part. Their customer service is excellent! This was my first issue with Wayfair so I will purchase from them again for sure.

A beautiful addition to our room. So happy with our purchase!

Beautiful and feels good under foot
