looks good at first glance. Arrived early positive. The warning to have to have original wrapping to return is not welcoming and a red flag. Sure enough - after all that effort of unwrapping (difficult) Holes were in the rug the bottom all the way through. The threads had dis colorations. I called Service - excellent Rep offered aid and discounts. Then later - I measure it - it is not a full 8 x 10. Really? I accepted a discount for the holes since going under bed and now this. Very disappointed in Texas

Beautiful rug! As described. Good quality - feels heavy and soft. Using a rug pad to keep it in place on hardwood floor but it doesn't bunch up like cheap thin rugs do. White/ivory background with design in two shades of blue. No shedding or odor.
