The plastic wrap for the rug was open on two of the four sides. The back and front of the rug appear to be dirty (as is the outside of the plastic it was half-way wrapped in). I cannot yet lay the rug out flat but will take photos when I’m able to do so (it fell right out of the wrapping on its own). I asked for it to be delivered to the front door and doorbell rung—neither happened (it was plopped in our garage, and I was notified of its delivery after truck departed). All around, poor quality of product and service. I will provide pics of dirty rug once unfolded).
