This a very beautiful rug! The colors are soft and muted so it blends seamlessly with many different colors. I change my decor seasonally so I was thrilled that it is neutral enough that it won’t dictate what colors and patterns I choose. The rug isn’t thick but it is well made. It isn’t overly soft underfoot but that is due to the hand tufting. It arrived rolled but laid flat fairly quickly.
