Absolutely love this. Adds such color to the room

The color was gorgeous when we got the rug. But it quickly faded. Within 2 years, the blue was light and the yellow was cream. People who have never seen the original rug are surprised to learn it used to be so vibrant.

Colours were much more muted than I expected, not the bright pink and deep navy I thought. Yellow was more of an off white. Still pretty but not as vibrant as expected

My rug arrived smelling so bad I had to take it immediately to the back porch. I hoped it was only the packaging. Unfortunately the smell is deep down in the rug itself. (Does Wayfair store things in a mildewed basement?!) I have spread the rug out to air out but I can’t possibly have this in my home; the smell is permeating everything. The best way to describe it is to say that it smells like it has been wrapped up wet, and kept in a wet dark basement. It is also clearly a seconds reject item. One border is woven far thinner than the other sides with smaller thinner loops, and also bald patches and missing trim. See the attached photo where the white border is entirely missing around the orange paisley. It is a whole bald strip where the loops were just missed. The other borders are thickly woven and beautiful so the issue is very obvious with only a glance. This should not have been sold at all but returning it will be a hassle and a disaster; I am deeply disappointed.
