The rug arrived in a long roll but was bunched up within the roll, creating "washboard" like wrinkles across the entire thing. The wrinkles were deeply pressed into the fiber. I didn't think they would simply go away with time, so I returned it. The rug was too big for three different Fed Ex places near me, so I had to pay $25 for a Fed Ex pick-up at my house that the customer service rep somehow forgot to tell me about. Won't be buying any more rugs from Wayfair....

LOVE this rug do very much! It was the inspiration for our bedroom makeover! The teal is exquisite and the burnt orange stunning! It's very earthy in feel. Packaging was really good and the rug laid flat within 3 days. Highly recommend!

It’s a lovely rug, but honestly, it does not pop as much as it does in the pictures. The colors in the corners are more muted than in the pictures. It’s a different feel than what I expected.
