This rug will not lay flat on the floor. I thought that after time in place it would but it still puffs up in different areas. I have had area rugs made of similar material and have never had this problem. Very disappointing and it is difficult to return a rug.

I am very pleased with this rug. Its ideal for my Hallway entrance. Once I unrolled it I used my hand to straighten it out and I didnt have any problem with it laying flat its also soft and good quality...
