The customer service rep Say keep it and they would send me the correct one so I didn’t have to send it back and get charged.I never received the rug and after 3 employees told me I had to ship it back and get 19 deducted from my refund. End—-I sent it back and didn’t get charged the 19. This was the most painful and prolonged experience ive ever had

This is my FIRST time shopping with Wayfair and I ordered a green rug and the one I received is closer to brown or gray.

The colors are not very green at all. No matter what lighting. More murky but is otherwise as described.

This rug is one of my new favorite things in the world. I bought it for my living room then bought another for my bedroom.
