absolutely love these after 2 years, i machine washed on gentle cycle and they came out like brand new

Washed as directed, and they are ruined. They stick to our socks and are not soft, and won't stick to stairs. Completely ruined! Wayfair won't stand behind their customers and basically just brushes it off as it's outside the 30-day return window. These clearly stated they were washable and aren't, yet Wayfair's attitude is "Too bad." What a sh*tty company!

Nice quality and they stay in place. Unfortunately my wife washed them and put in dryer. Now many of my socks stick to them.
