Vintage Performance Gold Area Rug Several months ago I ordered a rug as a housewarming gift for one of my sisters. She absolutely loved it. Soon her twin sister was making noises that she needed a rug to replace the one in her family room. Being the obliging person that I am I started scouring Wayfair for some options. I sent her several pictures and she settled on the Bungalow Rose vintage gold area rug. She was on vacation at the time of delivery but her house sitter was able to move it into the house from the front porch in a timely fashion. It was a good thing because it was raining at the time of delivery. The rug was delivered in a timely manner and was well packaged. The plastic wrapping kept it clean and dry. The rug is thinner than expected. It will probably need a rug pad underneath it to make it feel more substantial. The pile of the rug is low which she likes. But vacuuming it will be a problem because of the thickness of the rug. She says she has other rugs with low pile and they cannot be vacuumed. I have a small vacuum that can be adjusted to low suction and no beater bar that I’m going to lend her to see if this helps. The colors are very warm and vibrant. It matches her flooring and furniture well. She states it is just in time for the fall season.

The rug is alright. Not in love with the color. It is a lot more bright and darker than I expected. But to keep it clean it will be easy since it’s a low pile. If you like the color and how thin it is, this would be a great fit for you.

This rug is stunning and timeless! It looks high end but was so affordable. It arrived quickly as well which is a huge plus!
