Ordered the grey color rugs and I received yellow rug which are not only the wrong color but damaged. Update: Customer Service reordered the rugs in the grey color and AGAIN the yellow rugs were sent. I now have 4 yellow 8x10 wool rugs and to make matters worse…. The gray rugs which I originally ordered are back ordered! This has been an unbelievably frustrating experience.

Wrong color. Multiple reviews mention wrong color. But customer service will tell you that the description is right, which is a lie. Their app is awful, and over a week later I still have a charge pending for a transaction that did not go through because the app crashed. Unstable app, and a rug not as described or shown, and poor customer service.
