Product is good quality, the right size, and delivery was quick and easy. However, it's too tan - the color doesn't match my furniture. I should have ordered the gray. Am I able to replace with a different color? If so, How do I pachage it for return?

Looks great! No weird smell or creases. Arrived fast. Added a basic rug pad to prevent slipping

Disappointed because assumed, from the description, that the rug would be shipped rolled up. However it was folded in four and then rolled up. That caused two huge creases across. Not a quality I expected. Not rigid enough. Nice pattern. Would not buy again.

Holds up great in the screened in porch, easy to clean, stays flat, hides dirt.

Fit our space perfectly. The quality is great as far as we can tell so far. Well made. We also purchased a pad for underneath as we are using this as an indoor rug.
