The rug looks great . But delivery times changed. Have placed heavy items on carpet to hopefully get out crease and flattened it out

This rug arrived folded and not rolled. I have tried for days to get it flattened and the creases out, but have not succeeded. So is not really useable.Very unhappy, and would not recommend buying.
