I am very dissatisfied. The rug is fine as far as quality, however, I ordered in 2 different sizes and the colors are completely different. One has a grey tone to it, the other a bright blue. They are situated close to each other, inside my front door, so it is quite obvious. They both have the same order number, so I'm not sure what to do.

Perfect rug for my patio! The colors are rich, it's soft and has the grippers on the bottom work great. Very pleased with my purchase!

This is not a "rug". It is a printed piece of thick material, presented and made to look like a rug - a mat, if you will. Not worth the price, even at half price. Not at a quarter of the price. I would say it was very definitely misrepresented. Furthermore, it is a HUGE pain to return: you still have to pay for return postage, find a box that it will fit in since it was delivered in a piece of plastic that you have no way of reusing, print out a return thingie, which is a pain if you don't have a printer, drive to a FedEx office, wait in line, drive back home, find something else, go though the whole process again, etc Would not recommend.
