I waited for this rug for months and when I got it I found out you can see every single footstep you take. I have never been so annoyed by a rug before. Save yourself the countless hours and headaches this rug will bring you and don’t buy it. Don’t even think about buying this rug.

I am so disappointed. I spent months trying to find the perfect rug and loved that Rugs USA had the feature to view in your home with AI. I knew that it would be perfect but this rug looks completely different. I ordered a beige and the photos online make it look like a darker beige but the rug I got looks silver... not only that the material shows every single mark. The photos taken are just from me removing it from the wrapping and setting it up. The last photo is what the AI told me it would look like. I have looked at the rug with the blinds closed and opened and it looks silver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reflective whiter/shiny part of the rug displays a lighter blue than the grey/mauve blue I was hoping for. I think of it like a zen garden, but without the zen, because I constantly have to swipe the rug to be in the shade I like. My footsteps and paw prints also show. Otherwise, the texture is soft and plush.
