The color was off. So we decided to exchange it. I received this as instructions during the process of the exchange to donate the item (see picture) That night, I gave the rug to a friend whom has a charity place. A day or so later I was told I had to return the item. I was sooo, upset. I wouldn’t have mind returning it on the first place but I had already given this to a charity. It was a very unpleasant situation. I had to request the rug back and picked it up yesterday. It was beyond embarrassing. I will be returning the rug and purchasing from somewhere else.

This rug is totally unacceptable, even at the price. Unfortunately, there were not enough reviews to warn me. Hoping this review will help others. 1) The rug looks and feels like a thin piece of burlap. 2) The weave is so loose that there are visible gaps between each weft. 3) The serging around the edges doesn’t completely cover the edges of the rug, so when washed, it will certainly unravel.

Perfect for my space, love the texture, colors are vibrant without being too bright.

Muted colors work well with any decor

The color and quality was suprizingly very good, the product is made well and I love it. The only complaint I have is that they didn't have the size I needed.
