The carpet is looking good but after a few months, it still smells really bad (skunky smell...).. we don't know what to do.. It's now to late to send back

The color is nice but it is very thin and not non-slip. So I’ll also need a carpet pad. It’s also very difficult to get it to lay flat. The ends curl. Photo is in natural light.

The rug arrived with a defective side, and there was shedding in one spot. When I opened it, loose threads fell out. I ordered a washable rug so I could clean it easily, but in this condition, there is no way I can wash it—it would fall apart after a single wash. I received a partial refund, but I am still not happy with this product. I will keep it until it gets dirty and then probably throw it away. Softness: It is okay, but not soft on your feet. Color: It looks shiny at certain angles, which I didn't know and don't like.
