Rug came out with undone edges, looks used, had a strong Smell of playin, I wanted to have it all smoothed out for the holiday, now we are just going without a rug

Was wrong color suppose to be purple in celebration of my birthday but it was grey? Came quickly which I was happy about but wrong color??? Majority of my house purple! And I do so hate sending things back? Other rug hadn’t arrived yet? And I was so looking forward to them?

The rug was delivered fast. Its not really soft but it looks like it will last. Very pretty design. We have a German Shepherd and it doesnt seem to attract the dogs hair. My 8 year old loves it! All in all I am happy with the rug for the price I paid.
