Great 8 x 10 size, soft with beautiful coloration throughout

I ordered a 8x10. Already have the 11x15 in this exact rug for my living and it’s perfect, the 8x10 is garbage. Need the two rugs to match because I have open concept and the living room and dining (8x10) are right next to each other. The 8x10 unrolled and was laid flat all alone for 36 hours. Would not lay flat- bubbles and ripples all over the place no matter what we did. Went to return and was offered a replacement rug for free as long as I returned this one, or 50% off to keep the defective rug. I opted for a replacement and shipped the defective rug back through FedEx. New rug arrived less than 48 hours later and the exact same flaws. You step on the bubble, it moves to another place then comes back once you move your foot. Absolutely won’t lay flat. Tripping hazard! Again, the 11x15 I ordered almost 3 years ago is perfect, so I ordered this one. Went to return. Was not allowed a return. Only a replacement, which I didn’t want because I knew a third rug would be the same defects, so all I was offered was 25% back. Not 50% back like I was 48 hours ago. I’d love Wayfair until today. No longer a customer.
