As soon as you pay them your money, you will cease to exist for them as a customer. All the promises are not fulfilled. There is no support, you have to communicate with a dumb robot. You buy an item with delivery on February 1st, but after payment you will find out that it will be on February 13th. The website says you can cancel, but they wont let you do it. They take 2 days to make a decision and then lie to you that the item has already been sent. In any case, you will be waiting for it, and it doesnt matter who you are or where you will be on the day of delivery. Theyre just killing your plans for the month ahead. And at the end of the journey, it turns out that there is no turning back either. By sending a defective product, they do not allow you to return the product.
