I understand the rug is not expensive—and the size and colors are fine. The issue is with how it was shipped—folded into a small square rather than rolled which would have been much bulkier to ship. BUT, the end result is that there are many creases and “bump” marks (corners of fold that stretched the fabric in that area). They do not and will not come out. I have made sure the fabric is as flat as possible, allowed a week for it to regain its shape, and, finally today, I tried to steam it in place. It is better—but still not great.

The colors on this rug are very muted and looks great against our dark wood floor. There is only one issue with this rug. When walking on the rug in rubber-soled shoes, the rug has a tendency to stick to the bottom of our shoes which has caused some tripping issues.

This rug ties the room together and is so soft and easy to maneuver around.

This is the softest most comfortable rug we’ve ever owned and that’s without a rug pad. Will be purchasing more rugs of this brand!

Looks nice enough but it is a print on the rug, which would be fine but the way they packed it means that parts of the pattern have been creased so badly it leaves big white stripes and it wouldn’t be fixable.
