This is a beautiful rug. It's just a bit darker than the photo shows. It has a soft back so we can use it on our hardwood floors without a pad. My only complaint is that Rugs.com sent the rug via Federal Express who left the rug out in the rain despite our instructions to leave it inside our breezeway.

Customer service is great, but the rug itself is not. The rug is described as dense, and appears dense in the photos, but you can easily see the backing of the rug, even without folding it.
