I’m really disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a rug that was clearly shown as green in the product photos but what I received was brown and beige. When I called the customer service, the representative agreed it was the wrong color and re-ordered it for me Unfortunately, the replacement rug arrived, and it was the same exact brown and beige color again! When I contacted customer service, a second time the rep initially insisted it matched the picture until I pointed out again that the listing clearly shows a green rug. She eventually acknowledge the issue, but said that if she re-ordered it again, it would still be the same beige brown color at that point I decided to return it. While the staff was polite and apologetic there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience, wasted time or frustration overall a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t order from them again based on this.

It looks nothing like the picture.

It's pretty, but the coloring is not as pictured at all. In reality, the color is yellow and gray. Because of the cost to return, I am stuck with it and have to make it work. Wish it was actually the pretty green that it says it is and how it looks in the pictures.
