Tapis traditionnel rouge / vert Illari

Kind of disappointed. The background looked black in the pic. It's more like navy blue.

The great the rug looks and photographs exactly like the pictures. The disappointing it isn’t really a rug with separate wool or whatever fibers. It’s essentially a very detailed, VERY lovely print on a plush velour-like material, mounted on a heavier rug bottom material. I should have checked the weight in the description. It is very light. Despite this, I like the way it looks enough to keep. It’s apparently washable somehow. We’ll see. But it should be half the price.

This rug rocks. The colors and pattern are wonderful, and it is SO soft!! I really love the birds on the rug. It's perfect in my entryway, and it ties the wall colors from two adjoining rooms together.
